Last updated 22 August 2026These terms govern your use of Superjoy and the Superjoy agent. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using Superjoy on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
1. The service
Superjoy provides an AI agent that carries out tasks you assign to it, including research, drafting, and multi-step work across connected tools. The service is offered as-is and evolves continuously. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Superjoy to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, generate malicious code, harass others, or attempt to circumvent the service's safety systems or rate limits. Do not resell or redistribute access to the agent without written permission. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you send to Superjoy and everything the agent produces for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service — to process, store, and transmit your content so Joy can do the work you asked for. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you give the agent to work with.
5. Connected tools
When you connect Superjoy to a third-party service, you authorize the agent to act within that service on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.
6. Agent output
Superjoy is an AI system and can be wrong. Review its work before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Similar requests may produce similar output for different users, so we make no claim that output is unique to you.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically for the term you selected until you cancel. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices. During early access, some features may be free or usage-limited.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer viable. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions go to legal@getsuperjoy.com.
