Privacy Policy

Superjoy

Superjoy works with the things you care about — your calendar, your inbox, your half-finished projects. This policy explains what Superjoy collects, why, and what control you have over it.

1. What we collect

Account details you give us, such as your name and email. The content of your conversations with Superjoy, including files you attach. Data the agent retrieves from tools you connect, for as long as it needs it to finish the task. Basic technical and usage data — device, browser, timestamps, and which features you used.

2. Why we use it

To run the agent and complete the work you assign. To keep your account secure and prevent abuse. To fix problems and improve the product. To contact you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Training

We do not use the content of your conversations to train models by default. If we ever offer a programme where you can opt in to contribute data, it will be clearly labelled, optional, and reversible.

4. Connected tools

When you connect an account, we request the narrowest permissions that let Superjoy do the job. We access that data only to carry out your instructions. You can review connections and revoke access at any time in Settings, which stops future access immediately.

5. Who we share with

Service providers who run infrastructure, model inference, payments, and support on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes. Authorities where the law requires it. A successor entity if the business is acquired, in which case we will tell you first.

6. Retention

Conversations stay in your account until you delete them. Deleted items are removed from active systems promptly and from backups on a rolling schedule. We keep the minimum needed for legal, tax, and security obligations.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited, logged, and granted only when needed to operate or support the service. No system is perfect, and we will notify you and the relevant regulators if a breach affects you.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or object to certain processing. Most of this is self-serve in Settings. For anything else, write to us and we will respond within the period the law allows.

9. International transfers

We operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes and contact

We will post updates here and give notice of material changes before they take effect. Privacy questions and requests go to privacy@getsuperjoy.com.
